Anthony Becht: CEO and Co-Founder

Anthony Becht is a former NFL football player and current ESPN broadcaster and analyst, radio and television host, motivational speaker, brand ambassador, and full time entrepreneur. Anthony played 11 seasons in the NFL, and just finished his 5th season as ESPN college football broadcaster and analyst. After he hung up his cleats, he gained a thirst for the entrepreneurial lifestyle. With ESPN and his role as Captain with the Players Trust powered by the NFLPA, Anthony has the privilege to work with student-athletes aspiring for the NFL, established broadcasters, and veteran players, all of whom seek counsel either making it to the league or transitioning out of it. As an active player, Anthony wished there was an opportunity to develop his brand while he focused on perfecting his craft of being an NFL tight end. Taking matters into his own hands, Anthony believes that any professional athlete or broadcaster needs to ‘Stay in the game, After the game’ in order to successfully build his or her value, to grow investments in their brand, to increase awareness, and provide validity to any and all marketing of that brand. With Becht Media Group, Anthony intends to give back to the game and its athletes and broadcasters by consulting, mentoring, and providing essential professional branding tools to take each and every client to the next level.

Aaron LeSage: Co-Founder/Creative Director

From an early age, Aaron’s field of endeavor has been Music and Creative Arts.

Aaron began his entrepreneurial career in his hometown of Ocala, Florida as a DJ.

After significant success, Aaron chose to expand his talents and knowledge by pursuing a degree in Record Engineering at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.

After obtaining his degree, Aaron was chosen for a competitive internship with Disney World’s Music Department followed by an internship in New York with MTV as a production assistant.

While in New York, he also gained experience in Commercial/Advertising audio production.

Fully embracing the entrepreneurial lifestyle, Aaron continued to expand his network amongst New York’s finest for 3 years.

Aaron developed many life long relationships and professional connections through his work in New York.

After several grueling winters, he decided to get back to his roots in Florida. In 2007, Aaron obtained his real estate license in the midst of the market crash. This led him back to familiarity, music and brand marketing.

His reputation as a highly desirable top DJ/music business professional and self-taught entrepreneur has led to noteworthy success in his professional career.

Aaron was the official Tampa Bay Lightning DJ for 3 seasons, Co-Founder of Ol’ Dirty Sunday’s at Crowbar in Ybor, CEO of a production company called Complex Simplicity, and is partnered with Symphonic Printing and a custom beverage design company called Wrap My Cup.

Aaron sought out to expand his portfolio and skill set in Creative Arts.

After a short tenure with a local marketing firm as a Brand Developer/Designer and Creative Consultant, in 2016 Aaron teamed up with Adam Caldwell to open Within Marketing.

As with all of his professional ventures, Aaron has become a master of his craft.

His vision to help “build your brand from the inside out” has served as Within Marketing’s tagline.

Now with Becht Media, Aaron looks to help raise the bar for marketing in the professional sports world.

Adam Caldwell: Co-Founder/Web & Digital Director

Adam Caldwell is the Digital Director, and Co-Founder at the Becht Media Group.

Adam began his professional career as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Orlando, Florida.

During this time, Adam became a state certified Company Officer and pursued management and leadership positions at the fire department.

Adam quickly advanced in his career but desired further professional advancement that was not available through the fire department, so he began pursuing other options.

Adam began a side business providing marketing, social media, graphic design, and web development services.

After obtaining multiple professional certifications and degrees and experiencing rapid growth with his side business, Adam decided to leave the fire department to pursue his creative passion full-time.

Adam became a co-founder in a company called City2Nite.

This company focused on nightlife marketing and advertising services.

Adam expanded his network and developed an advanced skill set during his 5 years building City2Nite.

After reaching a professional plateau, Adam and his partner Aaron Lesage decided to venture into advanced marketing and professional services.

Within Marketing was founded in 2016 and became very successful for both Adam and Aaron.

Partnering with Anthony Becht, Adam and Aaron look forward to bringing their skillsets as well as sports marketing experience from Within Sports to the table in helping build the Becht Media brand.

Kevin Richardson: Account Executive

Kevin got his start in the hospitality industry at the age of 16 at Outback Steakhouse. By the time he was 20, he had completed his management training and dove head first into operations. For 4 years, he traveled around the state, helping to train staff members for new Outback locations. After 10 years with the company, he decided to pursue his creative passion for writing and went back to school, majoring in English Literature. The son of a college English teacher, he was always drawn to the very nature of words and how people use them to convey ideas. After finishing school, he stayed in the hospitality industry, as it provided the social atmosphere he thrived in and networking opportunities he desired.

After a few stops with other small and corporate restaurants and bars, he signed on with MacDinton’s Irish Pub. As General Manager, he led a team of over 50 employees in day to day operations, including inventory control, reputation management, and creative direction. For the next 4 years, his locations experienced large increases in year-over-year top line sales, unprecedented bottom line profit, and lowered expenses. All of these things came from his skilled marketing ability, guest-focused customer service, and keen eye for service industry and consumer trends.

Having done everything there is to do in the industry, Kevin decided to take all of his acquired skills and knowledge and help build the brands and develop the framework for success for other businesses in the sales/marketing sector. In the beginning of 2018, Kevin joined The Becht Media Group to become a lead relationship manager.
